ENAMOUR came to our stable midway through last year from John O’Shea, and has continually improved and impressed our team – placing in her last start to end the season.
After a short let up, she return to run second at Taree and Muswellbrook before being sent for a well-earned break.
We took the daughter of Charm Spirit for a trial running strongly without being fully tested, before a great first up run at Muswellbrook where she travelled on a 3 wide line and stuck on gamely for third behind the two leaders.
Today was an appearance on her home track and she loved it jumping well and finding the lead. Reece Jones rated her beautifully up front pushing the button with 600m to go and she showed her toughness holding on for a half a length victory with a further 6L back for third.
