JOIGNY has been racing in great form this campaign, filling the placings in 3 starts despite limited luck.

Last start for Joigny was in the Quirindi Cup over the mile, where he produced a massive run, having to race 3 wide the trip, but he showed plenty of fight, making good ground to finish third.

We gave the Excelebration mare a trial before her next assignment, heading to the Kensington track to contest a BM72 HCP, and today was her day, she settled midfield before knuckling down in the straight to grab the lead late, with a perfectly timed run by Hugh Bowman to salute by 0.2L.

Congratulations to all involved
