This preparation EMPOWERMENT has come back in fantastic fashion. After only a fair trial, she was brave first up in defeat after being forced to race wide but stuck on strongly to finish within 2L.
The daughter of Shooting To Win broke her maiden status stylishly the next start showing a lovely turn of foot.
Two weeks later, and we gave her a chance at class 1 level on the heavy 10 and she delivered a pleasing third.
However she wasn’t in Class 1 company for long heading to Scone, and behind an excellent steer from Reece Jones, she stalked the leader, peeled out at the top of the straight and moved through her gears saluting by a length.
