They say winning is contagious and FLYING SCOTSMAN is starting to put it all together. It was an impressive maiden breaking performance last start over the 1400m, peeling off the leader to storm over the top by a length.
A simple decision to keep the talented Olympic Glory Gelding at the 1400m and he made the difficult jump from maiden to Class 2 level quite comfortably as Mikayla Weir took him back to midfield from an inside draw.
After peeling the widest, he let down beautifully, reeling off a slick finish to go home by half a length.
