It was a very successful day at Dubbo today, as we sent two runners out west, and came away with two winners for the day.
First up and Cuban Cigar was aided by a great Mitchell Bell ride as he grabbed a perfect run down the straight too bust rhough the field and grab the win late by a length in the Super Maiden, for a good returne for his owners at his first career start. This Churchil gelding looks to have a bright future.
Later in the program, Mabel showed his class, as he was too good for his rivals, under the guidance of Aaron Bullock, to lock up a successful day for the stable.
