ADELINDA has been racing in good form, placing in 5 of 9 starts and 6 of them have been at the provincial level.
So the confidence was high taking the Adelaide filly out to Wellington for a maiden. We drew awkward but the talented 3YO jumped superbly to land 4th in the running and Serg Lisnyy rode her a treat from there starting the run just before the straight.
She responded letting down strongly down the outside to salute in a tight finish.
