D’ARPANO has been mightily unlucky to not break her maiden recently, covering a stack of ground first up at Scone when 2L second, and a third on a heavy 10 in her previous start.
We headed to Dubbo and the Brazen Beau filly had a difficult task after drawing 10 of 12, but she mustered quickly to raced to the lead.
From there Ben Looker rated her to perfection, leaving plenty in the tank for the 3YO filly to let down powerfully to salute by 1.5L.
