Frosbie had a solid first preparation, running into the placings a couple of times and showing promise he would mature and come back better in his second preparation.
Off to the spelling paddock, and the talented Scissor Kick gelding mature nicely and was ready to step out for his second preparation.
After a solid trial at Gosford when 3rd, we headed up to Tamworth quietly confident he would break his maiden. He delivered with a good tough win, sitting a couple off the speed and digging deep late in the straight to salute in a photo finish.
